The Thai chi is a Chinese, soft and harmonious martial art. It consists of slow and rhythmic movements, which help to induce the relaxation and improve the balance, the force and the flexibility.

The study earlier mentioned used 20 middle age participants. The same ones took a meeting of an hour of Thai chi, two times a week for 12 weeks. The meeting was including 10 minutes of car - massage and exercises of respiration, in addition to movements of Thai chi.
