Basic routine of facial yoga


We have already told to them what the facial yoga is. Hence, it is time to go on to the exercises. Today we will annotate them of what there consists the basic routine of the facial yoga. It must be practised in the morning, after waking up.

The basic routine implies five basic steps, which then complement each other with specific exercises. According to captivating, there are the following ones:

1 - Opposite to the mirror, to repeat several times and pronouncing exaggeratedly the phrase: "I am a love, youth, happiness and beauty”. But say it exaggeratedly well.
