The Ginkgo biwolf is questioned in Germany

In OtraMedicina we have got tired of spreading scientific material with regard to the effectiveness of the gingko biwolf and his medicinal extract to reduce the effects of many illnesses, between which we count Alzheimer's disease, depression, abuse of alcohol, syndrome of the irritable intestine, etc. Nevertheless, recently the plant has receiving questions with regard to his effectiveness.

This time, from Germany of public an article in the Natural Journal of Products warning on the real possibility that the ginkgo biwolf could bring side effects in persons who consume it and suffer from epilepsy.

The investigators behind this study have checked ten scientific articles in which it is revealed that this medicinal plant can increase the risk of epileptic attacks, and that it even can reduce the effect of preventive medicines of the same ones.
